李玲玉 (Liza Lee)簡介

 

李玲玉畢業於美國哥倫比亞大學教師學院(TEACHERS COLLEGE, COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY)，獲得音樂暨音樂教育雙碩士與博士學位，現任朝陽科技大學人文暨社會學院院長、幼兒保育系教授、校級「全幼兒發展教育研究中心」(Research Center of Holistic Development for Young Children)計畫主持人、「全幼兒音樂教育中心」計畫主持人(2015~2018年校級重點特色計畫)、歐洲教師教育網絡學術組織朝陽科技大學代表人(European Teacher Education Network—ETEN Coordinator)、中國天恩蒙特梭利教育研究院 （CHINESE TIENN MONTESSORI INSTITUTE―TMI）特聘終身核心專家(2015年03月~終身)、海鯤教育發展研究中心核心專家(2017年12月~2022年12月)、朝陽科技大學附設幼兒園課程顧問、臺灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會附設台中市私立家扶發展學園音樂育療課程顧問。曾經擔任國際音樂教育學會(International Society for Music Education—ISME)之特殊音樂教育、音樂治療與音樂醫學委員會主席(2008~2010)與當然委員(2010~2012)、美國紐約州立大學奧斯特分校訪問學者(2010~2011)、紐約學術機構音樂教育中心擔任音樂教育與音樂育療特別顧問(2002~2012)、臺灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會附設台中市私立家扶發展學園深耕駐園專家(2015~2016)。

獨創了「全幼兒音樂教育」模式(Holistic Music Educational Approach for Young Children―HMEAYC) ，取得了豐碩的研究成果，研究範圍包括：產前胎教、0-2歲寶寶音樂教育、3-6歲幼兒音樂美語與多元發展教育、幼兒音樂育療等。經常被世界各地知名的大學、音樂和教育會議及學術研討會邀稿、訪問、演講以及短期講學，數年間學術足跡遍及美國、加拿大、澳洲、西班牙、日本、馬來西亞、葡萄牙、英國、義大利、瑞典、德國、荷蘭、比利時、丹麥、捷克、波蘭、希臘、瑞士、新加坡、巴西、土耳其、印尼、墨西哥、芬蘭、俄羅斯、泰國、南非和中國港澳地區及大陸眾多省份，所到之處皆受到當地媒體、學術與實踐機構之專家、教師、兒童家長及社會各界人士的交口稱譽。

在朝陽科技大學期間亦積極規畫舉辦大型國際研討會，親自邀請世界各國專家至本校演講與訪問、提供本校學生海外實習機與交流機會、除了於106學年度完成三年期之校級重點特色計畫-全幼兒音樂教育中心計畫外，還協助承辦了107年度臺中市托育資源中心暨親子館-市區托育資源中心暨親子館之「音樂魔法屋」，於107學年度通過校級研究中心-全幼兒發展教育中心之審核，為人文暨社會學院成立第一所校級中心。所有成果績效經常被電視與平面媒體報導。也因此多年榮獲教育部特殊優秀人才彈性薪資獎勵(100學年度、101學年度、103學年度、106學年度)。

國際暨海峽兩岸交流經歷：

國際暨海峽兩岸交流成果豐碩，2010年至美國紐約州立大學短期講學時積極參與國際活動，像是FIPSE (Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education)，為四國(美國、加拿大、墨西哥、台灣)七校的一個跨校合作計畫案，身為台灣朝陽科技大學代表因而有機會與墨西哥汎美大學交流簽訂姊妹校。

2012年代表朝陽到歐洲教師教育網絡(European Teacher Education Network—ETEN)申請入會審核報告，同年朝陽成為台灣第一所高教體系被ETEN接受的會員學校，從2012年至今達成之國際交流成果如下：

2012年：

1. 4月代表朝陽科技大學到葡萄牙申請ETEN入會之口頭報告，同年朝陽正式成為ETEN的會員學校。
2. 9月接受美國Texas Christian University之演講邀請。

2013年：

1. 與比利時Limburg Catholic University College簽訂MOU，成為姊妹校。
2. 4月接受比利時Limburg Catholic University College之演講邀請。
3. 與荷蘭海牙大學簽訂MOU，成為姊妹校。
4. 9月接受荷蘭海牙大學與鹿特丹音樂學院之演講邀請。
5. 荷蘭海牙大學教授至朝陽國際研討會演講。

2014年：

與丹麥VIA University簽訂MOU，成為姊妹校。

1. 開設國際全英文課程，6名丹麥VIA University學生至朝陽短期交換；朝陽1 名學生至VIA交換。

3. 106年1月至7月期間：本校6名學生至VIA大學交換一學期1名學生至比利時林堡大學交換。2名比利時林堡大學交換學生至幼保系修課交流。其中1名已申請通過研究所申請。
4. 106年2月至丹麥UCC大學國際週短期講學，並帶領5名學生進行國際課程交流。
5. 106年6月至墨西哥汎美大學短期講學個月。
6. 105年9月19~26至英國Northumbria Unviersity短期講學交流。
7. 105年11月3~5日至廈門大學國際學術研討會發表論文與交流。
8. 105年12月6~8日至河北師範大學音樂學院短期講學交流。
9. 106年3月28日至芬蘭Metropolia大學短期講學交流，並與芬蘭知名的特殊音樂教育中心Helsinkimissio ry/ Special Music Centre Resonaari簽訂合作備忘錄。
10. 106年4月17~26至瑞典哥德堡大學短期講學，並參加國際研討會發表論文一篇。
11. 106年7月19~21至馬來西亞麻六甲UiTM Faculty of Music參加國際研討會發表論文一篇。

2017年：

1. 106年8月1日1名比利時林堡大學學生考入本系研究所就讀。
2. 106年9月16日至24日與ETEN盟校Aleutian Region School District的盟校University of Alaska(Anchorage—UAA)，Alaska Pacific University交流，並接受邀請做朝陽科技大學學校簡介。
3. 106年9月25日至10月1日代表朝陽到比利時參加Artesis Plantijn University College和Karel de Grote University College兩所大學所共同舉辦之歐洲教師教育網絡(ETEN-European Teacher Education Network)國際年度會議，並接受主辦學校比利時Karel de Grote University College之邀請做二場學術演講暨實務研討會。
4. 106年10月2日至12日輔導與訪視赴阿拉斯加盟校實習之本校2位學生與實務現場示範教學交流，將朝陽科技大學遠播至美國安格拉治(Anchorage)的離島阿留申區域學校(Aleutian Region School District)。
5. 106年12月2日至3日受邀到大陸濟南出席「2017歐亞學前教育先鋒論壇」擔任論壇演講嘉賓。
6. 106年12月4日至8日到大陸寧波海倫藝術教育股份有限公司進行全幼兒音樂教育之人才培訓。

2018年：

1. 107年1月15日至19日到大陸寧波海倫藝術教育股份有限公司進行全幼兒音樂教育之人才培訓。
2. 107年3月18日至24日帶領2名學生至荷蘭鹿特丹科技大學進行短期講學與國際交流，並參加ETEN國際研討會發表論文一篇。
3. 107年5月14日帶領4名學生至維也納KPH大學進行短期講學與國際交流。
4. 107年7月15日至20日到奧地利薩爾茲堡ISME國際音樂教育學會論文發表，其中還受邀到捷克Masaryk University進行國際交流、洽談MOU以及宣傳與發表全幼兒音樂教育中心。
5. 107年9月20日~107年9月22日前往美國Ball State University 參加2018年ETEN TIG LEADER會議並受邀國際週演講。
6. 107年9月5日~107年9月7日前往印尼迪波內戈羅大學(Diponegoro University, Indonisia)國際研討會擔任「全幼兒音樂教育」講座講師。
7. 107年11月6日~107年11月8日受邀前往惠州教育科學學院擔任「全幼兒音樂教育」講座講師。
8. 107年11月20日~107年11月22日受邀前往瑞典 Malmö University擔任「全幼兒音樂教育」講座講師及參加國際週。

貳、SUNY COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) Project

預期研發成果績效：

Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)為所有紐約州立大學聯合之大型國際計畫，目的在發展國際性遠距教學，以造福更多國際學習者。朝陽由計畫主持人已經發展出一套適合國際學生學習之音樂與聲音治療之網路教學課程，並於2011年與 SUNY Ulster測試成功。

 

•國科會研究計畫

壹、國科會一般型計劃—「觸覺感知輔助科技於視力障礙兒童肢體律動應用」99-2221-E-324-026-MY2

職務：計畫共同主持人

執行時間：2010年8月1日起至民國2012年7月31日

計畫金額：113萬2仟元

研發成果績效：

本計畫運用科技與設計結合的方式，透過教具研發，應用於視力或行動障礙兒童肢體律動教育之中，以改善其活動與學習的限制。本計畫由工業設計系、幼兒保育系、電腦通訊系成員所共同組成，藉由電腦通訊系團隊的電子硬體與軟體支援，幼兒保育系實際的教學現場操作經驗，結合工業設計系的產品設計，提出創新教學輔具。設計了三種幫助視力障礙特殊兒童之律動學習教具：

(1)以分佈在身體不同位置的微型振動器，經由Zigbee 無線微型網路，配合不同部位韻律動作引導肢體動作。

(2)以分佈在身體周圍的氣流噴口，經由氣流控制主程式與搭配樂曲之氣流導引時序表，配合不同部位韻律動作引導肢體動作。

(3)以觸摸方式，藉由機器人觸摸學習姿勢與動作。三種律動學習教具，於台中盲校進行使用觀察與試用，針對需求進行設計改善。為促進多元之運用，測試對象擴大到其他特殊兒童及一般學生。針對肢體動作、專注力、情緒、創造力等目標，進行創意律動教學，達到良好的成效。

貳、國科會一般型計劃—「聲音與肢體律動輔助科技應用於視力障礙兒童教育之研究」NSC98-2511-S-324-005

研究成果：本研究之目的為：

(一) 整合聲音、肢體律動輔助科技與音樂活動幫助視力障礙幼兒肢體動作之發展。

(二) 創造發明平價本土化之觸覺感知引導儀器促進視力障礙幼兒肢體動作之發展。

本研究以質性資料收集為主，量化數據為輔，依立意取樣的方式，選取七名4-6歲之視覺多重障礙幼兒為研究對象。每週實施一次教學，每次課程進行約40分鐘，為期約六個月，共計23次教學，在自然的情境裡進行觀察及資料蒐集，研究者之資料蒐集以半結構式觀察記錄與軼事紀錄為主。

透過一系列有系統的聲音光束音樂活動課程，結果如下：

(一) 經由一系列的音樂課程後，視覺多重障礙幼兒的肢體能力皆有正向發展，且社會效度之統計顯示亦支持本研究結果，故音樂活動課程對視覺多重障礙幼兒在肢體動作方面，為正向且有效的課程。

(二) 透過觸覺感知引導肢體活動，能夠提昇視覺多重障礙幼兒之肢體空間發展。

研究結果證明了音樂活動與自創之觸覺感知引導儀器對視覺多重障礙幼兒肢體發展有正向的影響。

研發成果績效：經由此計畫之執行，研究結論已被接受將刊登於朝陽人文社會學刊：

預期績效：本校校級重點特色計畫「全幼兒音樂教育中心計畫」於107年7月31日執行期滿。該計畫以人才培訓、產學合作、技術研發及設備儀器為面向執行，成果豐碩，舉凡家扶基金會臺中發展學園與中國大陸珠江鋼琴文化、海鯤教育發展研究中心與山東威海等合作發展仍持續深化中。計畫執行期間已為合作單位以及本校幼保系培育出相關人才，同時亦將計畫執行成果在歐洲教師教育網絡（European Teacher Education Network—ETEN）、國際音樂教育學會（International Society for Music Education）與亞太音樂教育研究研討會 （Asia-Pacific Symposium on Music Education Research）等著名國際學術平台進行發表與交流，提升朝陽之學術地位與國際能見度。今擬於「全幼兒音樂教育中心計畫」執行期滿後將其延續擴充為「全幼兒發展教育研究中心計畫」，為期3年。本計畫將在「全幼兒音樂教育中心計畫」奠立的發展經驗與基礎上，秉持「長期深耕、多元開展、雙向互惠」理念，結合本校行政單位、幼兒保育系、應用英語系與朝陽附設幼兒園等軟硬體、師資資源，對內因應教育政策與社會發展，對外呼應政府「南向政策」，以「經貿合作」、「人才交流」、「資源共享」與「區域鏈結」為軸心，拓展交流本校幼兒發展理論與實務之經驗至東南亞東協國家，培育「南向政策」所需人才，同時開拓深化相關國家青年學者、學生、產業人力之交流與培育，促進與夥伴國之人才資源的互補與共享。計畫以全發展教育（Holistic Educational Approach）為基礎，以3年為期，逐年執行目標，考核修訂，以「全幼兒音樂教育中心計畫」經驗，結合幼保與應英系，進行國內外客製化的幼兒教保專業與主題教學美語課程之師資培訓，並結合本校幼兒園為沙盒，培育拓展中心所需人力、驗證並修正精進並展示計畫之教學成果，俾利將其結合產學與學術發表。

 

貳、朝陽科技大學校級重點特色計畫「全幼兒音樂教育中心」

成果績效：本計畫主要發展項目為:

一、執行「全幼兒音樂教育課程」；建設與示範實驗研究中心意在設立一套具有拓展性和可操作性的幼稚教育課程體系，並透過在相關實驗室的科學實驗和示範基地的現場實務操作實驗以驗證和完善全幼兒音樂教育模式；

二、實施「全幼兒音樂教育師資培育」。本計畫案三年完成，分為三個階段：

第一階段為研究規劃和管理制度建設階段（2015），第二階段為實施實驗和實務活動階段（2016），第三階段為研究成果鞏固和研究報告發佈階段（2017）。

三年後為進一步完善和深化發展階段，我們力爭為後繼者搭建一個優良的科學研究和實務活動平台，為朝陽科技大學增強國際競爭實力而添磚加瓦。

 

參、朝陽科技大學103學年度中長程校務發展計畫之行動方案計畫—「強化專業教室教學設備及教材」

成果績效：本計畫之宗旨為改善幼兒保育系專業教室之相關教學設施，以提供全系師生更完善之教學品質與學習空間。預期可以為幼保系之鍵盤樂器彈奏進階課程創作與錄音更多音樂CD和因應開設國際課程之需求。

 

肆、朝陽科技大學102學年度中長程校務發展計畫之行動方案計畫—「改善專業教室教學設備及教材-協助創新朝陽幼保系課程特色計畫」

職務：計畫主持人

執行時間：2013年3月1日起至民國2013年11月30日

計畫金額：384,263元

研發成果績效：本計畫主要配合本校幼兒保育系中長程系務發展計畫使特色專業教室設備能更加完整，發展本校與幼保系之特色課程，期望能在既有的規模與基礎下，藉由本計畫之實施，使本校與幼兒保育系攜手規畫創新未來之課程方向，營造雙贏局面。

計畫內容為為現有的專業教室增設設備，建立全台幼保系獨一無二且完整的「多感官音樂教室」。期望藉此能提升朝陽科技大學幼兒保育系之就學率，更幫助本校教師及學生發展多元的專業知能，以及遵循目前教育部核定的新課綱，發展幼兒多感官音樂教育結合情緒之課程，強化本校之實務融合理論教學特色，同時建造全國最具特色的幼兒保育系。

 

伍、朝陽科技大學101學年度中長程校務發展計畫之行動方案計畫—「改善專業教室教學設備及教材」：汰換琴法教室之學生用數位鋼琴設備

執行時間：2012年3月1日起至民國2012年11月30日

計畫金額：500,000元

研發成果績效：經由本計畫汰換與改善設備後提升了學生的學習空間，讓師生有更精良之教學設備進行操作使用，對於教學及研究工作之效率助益極大。

研究成果：本計畫創作出無數音樂CD。

 

陸、朝陽科技大學101學年度中長程校務發展計畫之行動方案計畫—「改善專業教室教學設備及教材」：成立幼兒音樂多感官專業教室與執行行動研究

職務：計畫主持人

執行時間：2011年8月1日起至民國2012年7月31日

計畫金額：1,181,500元

研發成果績效：

本計畫之宗旨為因應陸生專班的開課需求及改善幼兒保育系專業教室之相關教學設施，以提供全系師生更完善之教學品質與研究空間。

目前成效為擴大原本 G614.1「聲音光束科技兒童發展中心」之多感官情境設備，以及增設聲音光束科技兒童發展中心之最先進Soundbeam5設備，成立「音樂多感官教室」。

本專業教室目前已經由計劃主持人為本校附設幼兒園全園幼兒執行實務音樂教學課程， 並發揮專業服務為台中市視障生協會之兒童進行音樂育療，經由教學團隊、幼稚園帶班教師與家長之觀察紀錄，結果成效相當卓越，未來將應用於更廣泛之特殊幼兒音樂教學，達到造福全幼兒之效益。

陸、產學合作計畫—財團法人台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會附設台中市私立家扶發展學園「音樂育療課程計畫」

預期成果：本研究實施音樂活動課程，預期讓幼兒在藉由音樂的媒介下，增加學習的動機以及愉快的學習氣氛，音樂活動課程使用了音樂元素融入在課程中，經過加以設計的各種類音樂活動，並依照個案之狀況設定短期成長目標，做為預期的成果。

根據音樂育療對特殊幼兒的功用，以下為一年其計畫進行：

【第一班】

親子班，藉由家長與孩子共同參與課程，讓家長學習如何於家中引導幼兒提升親子關係，第一年計畫依幼兒共同需求給予改善及提升幼兒能力，訂定以下研究計畫方向：

1.人際互動能力提升：藉由音樂性的活動或遊戲使個體演練生活中的人事物，使能了解所處的生存環境，以使適應社會，藉由音樂活動作為社會化與心理刺激的媒介。

2.增進認知能力發展：透過音樂遊戲或活動，讓其增進認知能力及促使其動機去參與團體活動，從社會互動中達到語言的交流。

4.情緒的穩定：音樂育療可作為感情宣洩的管道，對情緒的穩定有極大的幫助。

【第二班】

第二班為重度障礙之特殊幼兒，因為全部無語言，第一年計畫以恢復、維持，以及改進個體心理健康的功用為目標，訂定以下研究計畫方向：

1. 人際互動能力提升：藉由音樂性的活動或遊戲使個體演練生活中的人事物，使能了解所處的生存環境，以使適應社會，藉由音樂活動作為社會化與心理刺激的媒介。

2.促進語言的發展：透過音樂遊戲或活動，促使其動機去參與團體活動，從社會互動中達到語言的交流，以提升語言方面的質與量。

3.注意力的培養：利用音樂引起病弱或殘障的兒童興趣與好奇心，使專注力能集中。

4.情緒的穩定：音樂育療可作為感情宣洩的管道，對情緒的穩定有極大的幫助。

 

柒、產學合作計畫—「蒙特梭利幼兒園教學輔助管控系統計畫」3210

職務：計畫主持人

執行時間：2013年5月15日起至2013年6月30日

計畫金額：50,000元

結案成果：

1. 透過蒙特梭利幼兒園教學輔助管控系統，幼教業可以透過網路，不受區域性限制，將其管理數位化。
2. 蒙特梭利園所注重幼兒的行為觀查紀錄,利用本系統可將這些行為紀錄予以分析，找出最適切的教育方法。
3. 幼兒園以租賃的方式使用教學輔助管控系統，降低軟體成本。
4. 幼兒園建構園務系統不需要購置Server來管控，只要普通PC或平板電腦即可以上網操作管理，沒有區域限制。
5. 幼兒園園端園務管理之資料庫不需要自行備份，有賴於專業機房處理備份機制。
6. 提案廠商對於幼兒園的軟體服務成本低，採集中式管理。
7. 提案廠商對於幼兒園的軟體服務即時性強。

 

捌、產學合作計畫—「台中家扶發展學園音樂融入特殊幼兒學習發展合作計畫」UT99-DTF3-0-007 (2010-2012)

職務：計畫主持人

執行時間：2010年8月1日起至2012年7月31日

計畫金額：11,000元

結案成果：本研究實施音樂活動課程，幼兒在藉由音樂的媒介下，增加學習的動機以及愉快的學習氣氛，音樂活動課程使用了音樂元素融入在課程中，經過加以設計的各種類音樂活動，更符合研究對象之I.E.P個別化教學計畫，依照個案之狀況設定短期成長目標，做為預期的成果。

根據音樂治療對特殊幼兒的功用，以下分為兩年期計畫進行，結果如下：

【第一年】

1.社會互動的提升2.促進語言的發展3.注意力的培養4.情緒的穩定。

【第二年】

第二年延伸第一年期之研究結果，針對恢復、維持，以及改進個體生理健康的功用為目標： 1.啟發感覺發展2.連結各機能的互動，另一方面也能充分刺激兒童較低的感覺閾，以達有效促進各機能的協調性。

已發展之成果：結論已寫成專書著作「特殊幼兒音樂育療：理論與實務——家扶基金會臺中發展學園的產學合作報告」(2012年2月)

 

玖、產學合作計畫—「全腦音樂智能開發系統』之產學合作計劃案」99-C-0001

職務：計畫主持人

執行時間：2010年3月1日起至2010年7月5日

計畫金額：171,765元

成果：本計畫執行分為兩個部分，第一部分是由專家進行課程授課，使用全音樂的理念、實施方式與技巧，藉由課程的教授讓機構教師了解，專家親身示範後，由機構教師嘗試示範教學，並於課程中講解規劃的目的與方式，同時培訓機構教師於課程結束後，有能力將幼兒行為發展之影片觀察記錄分析、歸納並撰寫出結論。第二部分則為實務研究教學示範，進行音樂融入感覺統合教具中之幼兒教學，專家帶領其團隊與機構教師針對機構內的音樂感覺統合課程，進行為期十五週的研究教學，機構教師學習歷程從課程的設計、事後影片觀察記錄、影片的剪輯到幼兒行為觀察記錄之分析，在整個研究過程中，機構教師參與其中，瞭解如何有效的幫助孩子建立完整的個人行為觀察檔案記錄以及針對群體或個別幼兒進行音樂感統課程時，調整活動的適切性，將不同的音樂元素融入其中，增加學習過程的豐富度與多元性，讓幼兒在學習的過程中，同時提升其語言、認知、人際等發展。經由十五週的研究教學後，結論顯示群體幼兒接受過音樂感覺統合課程後其專注力與人際互動皆有正向的提升，同時研究發現：幼兒在聽力與音樂性也同時提升了。

壹、【102年度教師產學社群】--幼兒園招收銀髮族之『幼老園』推廣計畫

職務：共同計畫主持人

執行時間：2013年4月1日起至民國2013年12月31日

計畫金額：30,000元

成果：計畫執行後之結果與貢獻為：

（1）幼兒園兼收銀髮族的運作模式：可瞭解園所未來將閒置資源運用於招收銀髮族之具體可行作法。

（2）代間學習課程與互動方案的建構：擬定出一套適用於幼兒園之代間學習課程及相關活動方案的課程設計。

（3）有效提升幼兒園所的資源利用率：如能穩定招收銀髮生，幼兒園將能避開少子化的危機，並開創新的銀髮商機。

（4）提供幼兒園轉型之參考：對少子化而面臨經營危機的幼兒園，可參考本計畫之成果，進行轉型之應用。
